Thanks for answering our ad. We'd like to meet you and allow you to meet the residents of the house. This would be the second portion of your application. We would like to have you over for dinner, as this way we both can make an informed decision about our mutual compatibility. We ask that you bring an introductory letter for those members who are absent to read to get an idea of who you are. You're welcome to use your emailed letter, or another. I'd highly recommend your letter have some focus on what skills you could offer to the group in addition to your rent. Also, if you could provide us with two references, preferably housing related (e.g. past roommates, landlord etc.). We have group dinners Sunday through Thursday usually around 5:30, please send us an email to let us know what day works best for you, and feel free to include any questions that you have about the coop
