Lemon poppy seed cake

Variation on wikipedia:Wacky cake taught to Jack by Bonnie
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- Poppy seeds
- 4 lemons
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- Heat oven to 350
- Oil and flour bunt pan
- Zest and juice lemons
- Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, poppy seeds, and zest. Mix well because one time I didn't and the cake didn't rise and there were chunks of baking soda in it
- Into a well, add water, oil, and juice. Add juice last.
- Stir until just mixed, pour into bunt pan, and bake until golden (maybe 40 mins)
