Created one list for house communication and contacting the house, http://campcoop.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/house

Made default action from non-list members to be accept, so people outside the coop can contact us

Made the reply action post to the list. I don't know why people think this shouldn't be default

Needed to link /etc/mailman/apache.conf to /etc/apache2/conf.d/mailman to get http://campcoop.com/pipermail/ working

There are merits to publicly archived messages, and private messages. How can we allow senders to choose whether a message is public or private, without maintaining two mailing lists?
