Digital cable

He bought a digital box for his room but discovered we need to add digital capabilities to our house cable package in order for the box to be useful
It adds $2 per month per box to our cable bill. If the house doesn’t agree, then Norman is prepared to pay the $2 himself.
It adds pay per view capability
Will the house give Norman permission to get the $2 per month added to the bill?

Can we add $27 per month per house (total addition $54 per month) to our cable package to get an larger cable package?
Currently we pay $49.95 per month per house for 60 channels

Notice of motion to bring a piano into one of the houses
Possible areas are living room, library, dining room
Can limit playing hours to about two per day
