About a week before

Things which someone - possibly the chair or minute taker - might want to do about a week before a house meeting,

• Announce house meeting on the kitchen whiteboard
• If an agenda template is needed, copying minutes from the last meeting and removing details is an easy way to get started : )
• Add all proposals, from kitchen fridge, etc. to agenda
• Print agenda and post on kitchen fridge
• Send agenda to house@campcoop.com and ask for additional proposals - remind who is chairing and minute taking - remind folks to read last meeting's minutes
